カリフォルニア州のニューサム知事 ブラジルで開催のCOP30に出席と発表 トランプ大統領は欠席

米カリフォルニア州のギャビン・ニューサム知事は、ブラジルで開催されるCOP30（国連気候変動枠組み条約・第30回締約国会議）に参加すると発表した。

トランプ大統領はCOP30を欠席する中、ニューサム知事は声明で「トランプ大統領が人々と地球に背を向けている」と批判し、カリフォルニア州が気候変動対策に取り組んでいく考えを改めて示した。
